I was up near Leesburg, Fl today just south of The Villages and tried out iBar-B-Que Express.

 

IBar-b-que Express is a family owned and operated barbecue restaurant located in Fruitland Park, Florida established in 2015.

 

I had the Pork Sliders bbq Sandwich that was topped with slaw, pickles and a mixed ibbq sauce with Mac & Cheese and Lima  Beans.

 

Great lunch, pork was cooked perfect and the slaw had a sweet flavor, they say it’s BBQ and Mama’s Cookin’ and if that’s the case her Mac & Cheese and Lima Beans were spot on.
