We were out and about today in South Orlando and decided to try St. Vic’s Smoke Shack at 1940 Conway Garden Road, Orlando.
His menu consists of pulled pork sandwiches, brisket sandwiches, chicken (he has 1/4 and 1/2) and pork ribs. Mac & cheese, collard greens and baked beans round out the menu for sides.
We tried all the meats, except the chicken, as well as all of the sides. All of the meats were spectacular, but I really like the pulled pork (it’s my favorite BBQ) and my husband loved the ribs. I’m not usually a fan of mustard sauces but the one I got here was amazing.
If you’re in the area on a Saturday and like BBQ, give them a try but get there early. He is only open form 11a – 5p or until the food runs out.
